Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Ticket Cancellations
Because Fan Shows are highly anticipated, exclusive, and limited-capacity events, all tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once a booking is confirmed. Customers cannot cancel their tickets from the portal.
2. Show Postponement or Cancellation
In the rare event that a show is cancelled or postponed by the cinema or event organizer, customers will be notified immediately. For cancellations, a full refund (excluding convenience fees, if applicable by the payment gateway) will be automatically processed.
3. Failed & Duplicate Payments
If an amount is debited from your account but the ticket booking fails, the seat will not be confirmed. The deducted amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days by Cashfree. Duplicate payments for the same transaction will also be refunded following verification.
