1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using our platform to book exclusive fan show tickets. By accessing our platform, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Account Usage & Booking

Users must log in using Firebase phone authentication via a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

Seat selection is temporarily locked during the payment process. A booking is only confirmed once full payment is successfully received through our payment gateway, Cashfree, and a confirmation ticket is issued.

3. Ticket Validity & Event Changes

Tickets are valid only for the specific show, date, and time booked. We act as an intermediary between the fans and the event organizers/cinemas. We reserve the right to communicate any changes to showtimes or cancellations as instructed by the venue or organizers.

4. Prohibited Activities

Automated booking (bots), ticket scalping, resale of tickets above face value, and any attempt to bypass our seat-locking mechanism or payment gateways are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and booking cancellation without refund.

5. Liability & Dispute Resolution

Our liability is strictly limited to the face value of the ticket purchased. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
