Ticket & Entry Policy
1. Ticket Validity
Your digital ticket containing a unique QR code serves as your pass. Tickets are scanned at the venue entrance. A ticket is strictly valid for one-time use. Duplicated, forwarded, or tampered tickets will be rejected by the scanner.
2. Entry Requirements
We recommend arriving at the cinema at least 30 minutes before the show begins. Late arrivals may be denied entry to prevent disruption to other fans. The cinema reserves the right to ask for a valid physical Photo ID matching the booking details.
3. Venue Rules & Age Restrictions
Entry is subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. Age restrictions mandated by the regional censor board apply. By booking a ticket, you confirm you meet the age certification requirements for the film. Intoxicated individuals or those violating the code of conduct will be denied entry or evicted without refund.
