2. Purpose & Processing
Your data is processed strictly to confirm bookings, deliver digital tickets (QR codes), provide customer support, and prevent fraud. Phone numbers are used for secure login and sending booking updates.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We share necessary information with cinemas and event organizers solely for entry verification. We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Your Rights Under Indian Law
In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request corrections, and request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting our Grievance Officer.
